Refunds and Exchange Policy

At Zelys-tique, all of our products, including customizable stickers, clothing, accessories, hats, and party favors, are uniquely made-to-order. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

For party favors, we provide a digital sample prior to completing the full order. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the sample and ensure that both the sample product's customization meet your expectations before we proceed with finalizing the order.

If there is an issue with your digital copy, such as a defect or mistake in customization, please reach out to customersupport@zelys-tique.com within 24 hours of receiving your digital sample items. We are happy to assist and resolve any concerns.


Customizable Party Favor Order Policy

All customizable party favor orders at Zelys-tique typically require 2-3 weeks (not including shipping) for production and processing. To ensure that your order is ready on time, we strongly advise placing your order well in advance of your event.

Please note that production times may vary based on order volume and the complexity of the customization. We appreciate your understanding and encourage early purchases to avoid any delays.
